What are your business hours?

Our Office and Loading Dock hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST

Where can I buy your products?

REO doesnt sell direct to consumers at this time, please purchase our products from our authorized dealers HERE. 

What is your standard warranty?

Each unit is tested extensively before shipment and carries a 1 year limited warranty. If the unit fails to test or perform due to a defect in material or workmanship and is returned, it will be repaired or replaced at our option. This limited warranty is void if the equipment has been dismantled, altered, or otherwise abused in any way. Under no circumstances shall Seller or Manufacturer be liable for damages of any description occasioned by or resulting from operation or use of this equipment.
We cannot anticipate all conditions under which this information and our products, or our products in combination with the products of other manufacturers, may be used and therefore accept no responsibility for the results obtained. The user must make their own tests to determine the suitability and safety of each product and product combination.
Use of this equipment by persons not trained in blasting techniques will make the warranty null and void.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

The greatest care is taken in the preparation and packaging of your order. However, should damage occur in transit, you must notify us immediately and retain all damaged merchandise along with packaging materials.

Do you provide any samples or test units?

We do not currently offer any free test or sample units, however you can often see our projects at tradeshows, follow us on social media to stay informed about where we might be found out in the wild 🙂
